So it has come to my attention a series of notes that Celimene has written to her suitors, all of which confess her love to them. I received one as well as Acaste, and it turns out that she has just been playing us the whole time. This is upsetting, but I will not let this linger, I have bigger and better things to worry about than this debacle. I would like to apologize to Acaste, looks like she doesn’t like either of us dude.

I think that you should all read this article, pretty soon Acaste is going to realize that Celimene loves me and not him. It will be a hard time for Acaste and possibly push him into a depression. If we are all well studied on this topic then we can all help Acaste get through this rough patch that is to come in his life, because we all know, that Celimene loves me and not him. He “must abandon hope, and yield” when it comes to Celimene and I.

I know that it has been a week since i have created this account but i just realized that I haven’t really said anything like a bio so you all can better know me! silly me. Well anyway my name is Clitandre. I, hands-down, have the best sense of fashion out of anybody I know, except for perhaps Celimene, but only because shes so amazing. I am indeed sexy, my long hair is something that ALL of the ladies die for. Other than that I’m a pretty normal guy, I don’t really get worked up about anything, if something is bugging me I just let it be. I am not too fond of Acaste though, he has no “right to be so debonair” and a “blind, dear fellow.” Perhaps he will learn some day.

If you wouldn’t mind, could you please inform Acaste that he has a “hopeless courtship with you.” He already claims that “so many ladies hold [him] dear,” so there is no point in you showing him much attention anyway. that due to to Acaste’s idiocy, a treaty shall be put in place in regarding our love for Celimene.

“If anyone of us can plainly prove that Celimene encourages his love, the other must abandon hope and yield, and leave him in possession of the field.”

He believes, absurdly that Celimene is in love with him, when we all know that her true love is me. But as the gentleman that I am I will still let him believe in these fantasies, and if he can prove to me her love for him, then i will abandon hope on Celimene.
